Who We Are

Bench Experience. Real Results.

LabWorx was founded by analytical chemistry professionals who have worked the bench, trained analysts, and navigated complex regulatory environments across multiple industries and states. We consult the way we wish we'd been consulted.

Our Mission

Build better analysts. Build better labs.

LabWorx Consulting Group exists to raise the technical standard of analytical chemistry laboratories. We do that by investing in the people doing the work — training analysts with cutting-edge technology, best practices, and the problem-solving skills that make a real difference at the bench.

Quality and compliance follow naturally from technical excellence. Our secondary focus on QA/QC, CAPA, data integrity, and regulatory compliance ensures that the work your analysts produce is defensible, audit-ready, and built to last.

"Profitable lab operations start with data you can defend — we build the quality systems that protect your business and your results."

— Scott Heideman, Co-Founder, Co-Owner & President

Analysts First

We believe the best laboratories are built on well-trained, technically excellent analysts. Every engagement starts with the people doing the work.

Bench-Level Expertise

Our consultants have worked the bench. We understand the practical realities of laboratory work — not just the theory — and we bring that perspective to every project.

Defensible Results

Quality and compliance aren't checkboxes — they're the foundation of data you can stand behind. We build programs that hold up under scrutiny.
